2021 was truly an eventful time. Who would have thought at this exact time a year ago that our professional and private lives would undergo such a radical transformation. In our own way, we are living in a time steeped in history. And the long-term consequences and changes that will result are not yet even foreseeable. We can only hope and wish that everyone finds his or her own path that allows them to shape and accept the future in a positive way.

This year we would like to thank you especially for your loyalty and goodwill. And since social distancing is unfortunately still a necessity, we want to do this, in keeping with the new age, with a virtual live concert via the internet. On

you can listen to this live concert right here on this page. The concert will take place simultaneously for our participants inside and outside our virtual world. If you feel like it, you can also record your own Christmas greetings, we will play them here on this page later on.

It's always good to do good, but of course Christmas is a classic time to be especially aware of it. This year we have chosen to help children in Kenya. The campaign is called "Feed A Smile". The association "Leben und Lernen in Kenia e.V." (Living and Learning in Kenya) has dedicated itself for years to giving needy children in Kenya a home and a warm meal, as well as offering them an opportunity to learn something from a young age and thus open up a future for themselves. An action that stands for our values in many respects and which we are therefore happy to support.

Many of our trainers have embarked on a sometimes long journey home to their families for Christmas. Others have stayed here and, as far as the Corona situation allows, are reuniting with their new friends in or outside the Strategic Learning family over the Christmas holidays. Our centres will be closed between the holidays, but our online services and events will continue between Christmas and New Year. In the 2nd week of 2022, all offices will be open again and all events will run as usual. Hopefully, it will be a quieter and more fulfilling 2022.
